The tour guide will meet you at the Honolulu International Airport exit. Trained tour guides have a good understanding of the local area and they can help you figure out where the best restaurants, beaches, and sightseeing points are. After reaching your designated hotel, you can explore the amazing city of Waikiki, filled with shopping, activities, and amazing restaurants. Every hotel is just a few blocks away from the ocean, making it convenient to venture to one of the most famous beaches in the world. Nearby, there are also attractions like the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium. High end shops and restaurants can be found at the Royal Hawaiian Center, the Waikiki Beach Walk, and the International Market Place. This may only be the beginning of your holiday, but let us help you start on the right note!

Booking Notice:
1. Please wait for the tour guide / driver at the designated time and place indicated on the confirmation form. If you cannot arrive at the designated place on time or you have not seen the tour guide / driver 10 minutes after the scheduled time, please contact the tour guide by phone or call the number 1-808-381-8999 directly.
2. Each person is allowed to bring 1 piece of normal size luggage, each piece of luggage must not exceed 62 inches in length, width, or height, and the weight cannot exceed 50 pounds. If the luggage does not meet the requirements, guests will need to pay additional transportation fees.
3. The price disclosed in this product is the one-way cost from the airport to the relevant Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspension due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc. Please follow the instructions of the local operator in the case of such an event.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
5. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice.
6. This product is based on a real-name system and is not transferable to another person.

Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. All cancellations received within 4 days of the activity date will not be refunded.
3. A 5% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
4. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will still be charged.

The cost includes:
- Private shuttle service from Honolulu International Airport to your Waikiki-region hotel
-Transportation of 1 large luggage (not exceeding 62”, 50 lbs.) plus one carry-on item per person
The cost does not include:
- Mandatory Gratuity for the shuttle driver ( payment of $5 per person, per ride) which would be paid directly to the driver guide
-Any other expenses not mentioned above
