Age Policy:
1.No charge for children under 18 occupying the same room as an adult and using existing beds in rooms. If an extra bed/rollaway is needed, please directly request it at the front desk and pay at your own cost. Some hotels may not offer an extra bed/rollaway service.
2.Minimum-age requirement to reserve a hotel room is 18 years old. Hotel requires that all minors must have at least one adult accompanying them in the same room.
Attention:
1.When you place your order, you must register the exact number of guests and their ages. Any unregistered guests will bear the relevant legal responsibilities.
Booking Notice:
1.The date selected at the time of booking is the assumed date of travel. If you need to modify after confirm your booking price will be affected.
2.Bedding can be requested at the time of reservation, we will send the requests to the hotel to accommodate all requests; however, hotel bedding cannot be guaranteed.
3.In some cases if your flight are delayed or cancelled please ask proof from airline and contact customer service, every attempt will be made to reduce your loss with your hotel booking.
Disclaimer:
1.Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place a reservation. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed change to the next available travel date or choose a full refund.
2.Personal reasons for being late or not showing will incur full charges—no refunds.
3.Hotel room bookings are non-transferable. Please be sure to provide the same name as printed on your valid ID or passport that will be used for hotel check-in. Otherwise, the guest will bear the relevant consequences.

Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 6 days will be charged the full rate.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows will incur full charges—no refunds.
