COVID-19 Protocols:
1. All travelers must have a confirmed negative COVID-19 test from an approved trusted testing and travel partner within 72 hours of the final leg of their trip to the Hawaiian Islands as an alternative to Hawaii’s mandatory 10-day quarantine. Anyone without a negative test result PRIOR to departure must quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
2. Keeping our Distance. Social distancing measures have been implemented in all public, event and staff-only areas of the hotel.
3. Personal Protection Equipment Required. Orders issued by the State of Hawaii mandate that masks be worn in all public areas. All hotel associates are required to wear face masks and gloves. Guests are required to wear face masks in all resort public areas.
Age Policy:
1. No charge for children under 18 occupying the same room as an adult and using existing beds in rooms. If an extra bed/rollaway is needed, please directly request it at the front desk and pay at your own cost. Some hotels may not offer an extra bed/rollaway service.
2. The minimum-age requirement to reserve a hotel room is 18 years old. The hotel requires that all minors must have at least one adult accompanying them in the same room.
Booking Notice:
1. For guests who booked this hotel for two nights or more, Koolani Holiday will provide a one-time complementary airport pickup or drop-off services (from/to)Waikiki Area Hotel (from/to) Airport(HNL) on Oahu island only. This service is available for Arrival flight between 7:00AM-10:00PM,Departure flight between 10:00AM-10:00PM. If your flight arrived early or delayed with the agreed time you might not be able to redeem this service. Airport Transfer Tour guide gratuity are not included.
2. Your hotel check-in date will be automatically considered as your free airport pickup date. Otherwise, please contact our customer service for further inquiries.
3. Bedding can be requested at the time of reservation, and we will send the requests to the hotel to accommodate all requests; however, hotel bedding cannot be guaranteed.
4. There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure. Please note that the credit card used to pay deposits must be presented at the time of check-in with proof of ID (both photographic and signature).
5. The rates are for single/double occupancy. Additional person above double occupancy will be charged. Maximum occupancy is four (4) passengers with existing bedding.
6. Extra Adult Person Charge: (applies to persons 18 years and older): The extra person charge will apply for each additional adult occupying a room with two other adults for each paid night. A maximum of one rollaway bed will be provided upon request, based on availability. A maximum of one rollaway bed is allowed per room.
Attention:
1. When booking, you must register the correct number of guests and their ages. Any unregistered guests will bear the relevant legal responsibilities.
2. This Hotel is 100% Non-smoking.
3. Some hotel services may not be available or may be limited during your visit.
4. Please note, for the safety of our Guests and Team Members, daily housekeeping services will be limited and based on length of stay. Additional days of cleaning service are available at your request for an additional fee and by appointment only.
Parking:
1. Hotel Guest overnight self-parking: $40 plus tax per day. Hotel Guest valet parking: $45 plus tax per day

Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least seven days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within seven days will be charged the full rate.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
