The tour guide will meet you at the Honolulu International Airport exit. Trained tour guides have a good understanding of the local area and they can help you figure out where the best restaurants, beaches, and sightseeing points are. After reaching your designated hotel, you can explore the amazing city of Waikiki, filled with shopping, activities, and amazing restaurants. Every hotel is just a few blocks away from the ocean, making it convenient to venture to one of the most famous beaches in the world. Nearby, there are also attractions like the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium. High end shops and restaurants can be found at the Royal Hawaiian Center, the Waikiki Beach Walk, and the International Market Place. This may only be the beginning of your holiday, but let us help you start on the right note!

Age policy:
1. Adult rates apply to passengers 12 years old and older; child rates will apply to passengers between the ages of 4 and 11.
2. Children under 18 must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
3. Children under 3 years old (inclusive) can join the tour for free (sit on laps).
Booking notice:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date or you can choose a full refund.
2. After you confirm the order, customer service will send you a confirmation by email. The confirmation will list your name, number of participants, date of the tour and other information.
3. The driver is not responsible for carrying luggage for the guests. Guests are required to handle their own luggage.
4. Each person is allowed to bring 1 piece of normal size luggage, each piece of luggage must not exceed 62 inches in length, width, or height, and the weight cannot exceed 50 pounds. If the luggage does not meet the requirements, guests will need to pay additional transportation fees.
5. The price disclosed in this product is the one-way cost from the airport to the relevant hotel.
6. Your price may change depending on your hotel location. We will notify you of such a change if necessary.
7. You may be required to wait for other guests to arrive before the shuttle leaves.
Attention:
1. The shuttle is not exclusive to one party. You have to share the shuttle bus with other guests.
2. Please be on time for the shuttle. If you miss the shuttle, you will have to make arrangements for your own transportation to your hotel.
Disclaimer:
1. No refunds will be made for personal reasons such as: being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
2. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspended due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc., please follow the instructions of the local operator in the case of such an event.
3. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
4. The scenic spots may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to those arrangements.
5. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice.
6. Partial participation in the tour does not warrant a refund of the uncompleted parts of the tour.
Cancellation policy:
1. Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to your scheduled tour service for a full refund. No-shows and cancellations less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
2. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow the instruction by customer service.
3. If a product is involved with any inter-island air tickets, the ticket is not refundable once it is issued.
4. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
Note: To cancel or modify the order, please contact our customer service, available from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm HST (except Federal and Hawaii State Holidays).

The cost includes:
-Shuttle service from Honolulu International Airport to your Waikiki-region hotel （domestic flight only）
-Transportation of 1 large luggage (not exceeding 62”, 50 lbs.) plus one carry-on item per person
The cost does not include:
-Gratuity for the shuttle driver (mandatory payment of $5 per person, per ride) which would be paid directly to the driver
-Extra baggage handling fee ($5 per item)
-Any other expenses not mentioned above
