  • Waimanalo Town* – This quaint, scenic town is known for its local flavor and numerous plant nurseries and agricultural lots that extend back toward the Koolau Mountains.
  • Nuuanu Pali Lookout* – The bewitchingly scenic lookout was also the site of the Battle of Nuuanu, one of the bloodiest conflicts in Hawaiian history. It was here that Kamehameha I conquered the island of Oahu on his quest to unite the Hawaiian Islands.
  • Byodo-In Temple* – This picturesque Buddhist temple tucked in the Valley of the Temples is a half-sized replica of the 900-year-old temple in Japan. It has been featured in the TV series Hawaii Five-O, Magnum P.I., Lost and the 2001 movie Pearl Harbor.
  • Chinaman’s Hat – The basalt islet in Kaneohe Bay is shaped curiously like a hat. According to Hawaiian mythology, the island is formed from the remains of a giant lizard or dragon’s tail that was chopped off and tossed to the ocean.
  • Kualoa Ranch* – Enjoy the Legends and Legacy at Kualoa Ranch Private Nature Reserve owned by eight generation descendants of Fr. Gerritt P. Judd. On 4,000 acres, it is one of the most sacred places on the island with their goal to protect and enhance the natural beauty of the lands.
  • Laie Hawaii Mormon Temple – The first temple built by the Latter Day Saints Church outside the continental United States, this beautiful complex features breathtaking lush tropical gardens of Hawaiian foliage and flowers, cascading water features and more.
  • North Shore Surfing Beaches – Welcome to the surfing mecca of the world! Watch out for the massive waves that have attracted so many surfers to its shores. These beaches are also a popular area for filming.
  • Dole Plantation* – Visit Hawaii’s “Pineapple Experience,” see pineapples from all over the world and try the delicious Dole Whip ice cream. Approximate 20min stop.

COVID-19 Protocols
1. During COVID-19, face masks are mandatory for both driver and guest throughout the tour.
2. A temperature check may be done at time of vehicle boarding. Guests that show a temperature 100.4 and above will not be allowed on the vehicle.
3. Social Distancing: While we have been incorporating social distancing in our operation, we also ask that guests work to maintain social distance (6ft or more) from other guest.

Important Information:

  • Moderate walking – please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately.
  • You may wish to bring a light jacket in case of rain at Kualoa Ranch.
  • Dole Plantation’s maze, train, and garden tour are not included in the tour.
  • Dole Plantation is closed on Christmas Day.
  • Kualoa Ranch is closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
  • Byodo-In Temple gift shop closed on Christmas Day.
  • Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to circumstances beyond the control of Roberts Hawaii.

Activity time:
1. Private charter tour approximately 8 hours.

Age policy:
1. Children under 18 must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
2. No age restriction.

Pick-up information:
1. Please include the hotel information when you place the order. The confirmation email will provide final pick up information.
2. Please wait for the tour guide at the scheduled time and place indicated on the confirmation email.
3. It is highly recommended for guests to be at the pick-up point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled times. If you haven’t seen your tour guide for more than 15 minutes , please contact: Eric shi 808-225-9435

1. Locations/routes and times may be modified or restricted due to national park and state park advisories, we reserve the right to change the order of the tours.

Booking notice:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. After you confirm the order, customer service will send you a confirmation by email. The confirmation will list your name, number of participants, date of the tour and other information. Please be sure to bring the confirmation to the tour. If you do not bring the confirmation for personal reasons, you will not be able to join the group and no refund.
3. If the charter hour is exceed, guest need to pay extra fee directly to tour guide.

Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspended due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc., please refer to the actual arrangements.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
5. The scenic spots may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to those arrangements.
6. This company has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice. Changes in product prices will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 business days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. If this product is involved with any inter-island air tickets, the ticket is not refundable once the customer service issues the tickets.

Note: To cancel or modify the order, please contact our customer service, available Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm HST (except on Hawaii state holidays).

The fee includes:
- 8 hours private charters (customer specified vehicle type)
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off
- Professional driver as tour guide
- Local taxes

The fee not include:
- Tickets in the itinerary (Guest can buy ticket on site)
