1. Adult rates apply to guests 12 years old and above; child rates apply to guests 3-11 years old; children under 4 may ride for free, but must sit on their parent’s lap and may not occupy additional seats.
2. Children under 18 must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.

1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. All cancellations received within 4 days of the activity date will not be refunded.
3. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
