The safety and welfare of our customers, merchants, employees and the community is our top priority. While at Queens’ MarketPlace, please adhere to the County of Hawaii Order that requires wearing face masks in public settings (outdoor and indoor), maintaining physical distancing of 6 feet and limiting gatherings to groups no larger than ten. While shopping and dining, please adhere to individual merchant’s policies, including line queuing and number of guests in the store. Let’s work together to keep our community safe.

The center will be operating on modified hours with retailers and restaurants setting their hours. Please make sure to contact the business directly to get their most up-to-date hours.

We encourage you to practice these safety measures when you visit Queens’ MarketPlace. All of us can do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and all respiratory illnesses with these actions:
- Wash or sanitize your hands before entering the center.
- Practice physical distancing of 6 feet from other guests.

- Adhere to individual tenant’s policies, including line queuing and number of guests in the store.
- Adhere to all government regulations, mandates and guidelines.

Parking
Queens’ MarketPlace has ample free parking with convenient front lot and a large back lot. Rear lot can be accessed from either end of the shopping center.

Shuttle Service
A fun shuttle transportation is available within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Trolley operates daily from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Rates vary: Children under 4 are FREE, children 5-12 are $1 and $2 for adults. Stops at major destinations including Queens’ MarketPlace, Kings’ Shops, Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and Hilton Waikoloa Village lower lobby.

Turn left at Waikoloa Beach Drive.

By car from Hualalai Resort:
Travel north approximately 10 miles on HI-19
Turn left at Waikoloa Beach Drive
Travel approximately 0.5 miles to Queens’ MarketPlace is on your left

By car from Mauna Lani Resort:
Travel south approximately 2.5 miles on HI-19
Turn right at Waikoloa Beach Drive
