Pick-up Information
1.Round-trip motor coach transportation is available from major Waikiki hotels, Some hotels may need guests to meet at a designated location. Please indicate what hotel you will be staying at the evening before the event. The specific pickup time and location are subject to the information on the booking confirmation.
2.Please be at the shuttle pick up location at least 10 minutes in advance. Bus leaving on time. The driver not take the initiative to contact you. If you cannot arrive at the designated place on time or missed the scheduled pick up time, Please make your own way to Pier 8 ,Aloha Tower Marketplace, 1 Aloha Tower Drive, Honolulu Hawaii, 96813 NO LATER BY 04:45pm.HTS will not be response for any extract transportation fee.Age Policy:
1.Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz is not recommended for children. But they may board with adult-price tickets. However, if children are too noisy or affect other guests, the company reserves the right to refuse to serve you without a refund.
Booking Notice:
1. Dress code is required to attend this dinner; no shorts, t-shirts, or slippers/flip-flops.
2. There are no hula performances on the floor of the luxury five-star dinner, only jazz piano performances.
3. The transportation coach may stop by other hotels to pick up other guests.
4. The date selected at the time of booking is the only date you use for travel.
5. Star of Honolulu will provide extended cruise for an additional $15.00 every Friday to enjoy the weekly firework show.
Attention:
1. The captain may alter the cruise route for the comfort and safety of our guests. In very rare cases, a cruise may be canceled due to severe weather. If a cruise is canceled, every attempt will be made to contact you to reschedule your cruise, Please leave your contact information when booking so that we can get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change to the next available travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. Personal reasons for being late or not showing will incur full charges—no refunds.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspended due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc., please refer to the actual arrangements.
4. We are not responsible for any personal safety and property safety that may result from your departure from the middle of the tour.
5. The scenic spots may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to those arrangements.
6. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice. Changes in product prices will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. All cancellations received within 4 days of the activity date will not be refunded.
3. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
4. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will still be charged.
