Safe Access Oahu( Effective September 13,2021)
Effective September 13, 2021, the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu mandates that upon check-in, persons show proof of photo identification with:
1. Full vaccination card OR
2. “Negative” or “not-detected” COVID-19 test result taken within 48 hours of entry to the premise.
Children under 12 years of age are exempt.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
1. Required Face Coverings: All guests are required to wear a face covering (face mask, bandana, face gaiter, etc) during their tours/while on property. Children under 5 years old are exempt.
2. Required Temperature Check/Health Screening: To enter the ranch, all guests must undergo a contactless temperature check and short health screening. Any guest with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher and/or experiencing symptoms will not be allowed to visit us at this time and will either be refunded or able to reschedule for a later date.
3. Provide First & Last Name, Email Address & Phone Number: As part of our enhanced contact tracing protocols, each individual guest will be required to provide first & last name, email address, and phone number to assist in keeping our community safe. Guests under age 18 may provide their guardian’s information.
4. Social Distancing: While we have been incorporating social distancing in our operation, we also ask that guests work to maintain social distance (6ft or more) from other guests on the property when possible.
5. Travel Quarantine Requirements: Visitors will need to present their Safe Traveler information. Please have the information available on your phones if possible. For guests that have not taken a pre-arrival test or received a negative result, you must have finished your 14 day travel quarantines. During check-in, we will be checking each guest’s I.D.s. For those who have out of state addresses or I.D.s, we will ask for either proof of Hawaiʻi residency (utility bill, etc.) or proof that you have competed the travel quarantine (flight itinerary, hotel receipt, etc.). This is to help keep our guests, staff, and community safe and to follow the current state COVID travel policies.

Please indicate what hotel you will be staying at the evening before the event. The specific pickup time and location are subject to the information on the booking confirmation.
Age policy:
1. Adult rates apply to guests 13 years old and older; child rates apply to guests 4-12 years old. Infants under 3 years old may join for free. Please also indicate the age of the baby in the postscript of the order.
2. Children under 18 must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
Booking Notice:
1. All guests planning to drink alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Before participating you will need to fill out a physical health form. Pregnant women and guests with severe heart disease should not participate. We do not recommend guests who are pregnant or suffering from heart disease/other major health complications participate.
3. As this package is heavily dependent on weather, there will be alternate options or a full refund if you cannot make it.
4. Dolphine Guarantee: free return trip is of equal or lesser value. Rerides only, no refunds. Reride is for 1 return trip per 1 original paid trip.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspension due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc. Please follow the instructions of the local operator in the case of such an event.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
5. KoolaniHoliday.com has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice.
6. Changes in product prices may occur. The difference will not be refunded.
7. This product is based on a real-name system and is not transferable to another person.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. All cancellations received within 4 days of the activity date will not be refunded.
3. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
4. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will still be charged.
