Cruise is approximately 2.5 hours from 12:00 pm- 2:30 pm.

Age policy:
1. Adult rate applies to guests 12 years old and older; child rate applies to guests 3-11 years old; children under 2 years old can join for free, but must sit in their parents laps and can not occupy a seat.
2. Children under 18 must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
Pick-up information:
1. Round-trip motorcoach transportation is available from major Waikiki hotels, some hotels may need guests to meet at a designated location. Please indicate what hotel you will be staying at the evening before the event. The specific pickup time and location are subject to the information on the booking confirmation.
2. Please be at the shuttle pick up location at least 5 minutes in advance.
Booking notice:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. Whale Guarantee: See a whale or receive a “Whale Check” to cruise again until whale is sighted (meal and transportation optional)
3. After you confirm the order, customer service will send you a voucher by email. The voucher will list your name, number of participants, date of the tour and other information. Please be sure to bring the paper voucher to the tour. If you do not bring the paper voucher for personal reasons, you will not be able to join the group and no refund.
4. This reference itinerary is subject to slight adjustments due to weather and other conditions. If you choose to leave in the middle of the trip, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. The captain may alter the cruise route for the comfort and safety of our guests. In very rare cases, a cruise may be canceled due to severe weather. If a cruise is canceled, every attempt will be made to contact you to reschedule your cruise, or you may call (808) 983-7730 using your confirmation number as a reference.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspended due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc., please refer to the actual arrangements.
4. We are not responsible for any personal safety and property safety that may result from your departure from the middle of the tour.
5. The scenic spots may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to those arrangements.
6. This company has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice. Changes in product prices will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy:
1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 5 days will be charged the full rate.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. If this product is involved with any inter-island air tickets, the ticket is not refundable once the customer service issues the tickets.
