Safe Access Oahu( Effective September 13,2021)
Effective September 13, 2021, the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu mandates that upon check-in, persons show proof of photo identification with:
1. Full vaccination card OR
2. “Negative” or “not-detected” COVID-19 test result taken within 48 hours of entry to the premise.
Children under 12 years of age are exempt.
Activity times (subject to booking confirmation):
1. Total time of activity, including roundtrip Waikiki transport, approximately 3.5 hours.
Pick-up information(subject to change):
1. Due to COVID-19, transportation has been temporarily paused.
2. Please check in directly at Hawaii Kai Shopping Center headquarters.

Age policy:
1. Participants aged 16 and above are charged the adult rate.
2. Only guests above the age of 16 can ride by themselves. 12-15 can operate with an adult on the back. Children under 5 are welcome at no charge, weather permitting.
3. Must be 18+ years old to drive a minor
Attention:
1. Applying sunscreen and using relevant sun protection measures before going out to sea is recommended.
2. There are no weight restrictions.
3. Wearing swimsuits is recommended as participants will get wet.
4. Participants must be able to communicate with the coach in simple English.
5. Not recommended for those with heart diseases, other serious diseases, or back problems.
6. Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from participating.
7. During COVID-19, all guests are required to wear a face mask.
8. Two passengers per jet ski (higher prices apply for single riders)
Booking notice:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. Please indicate the preferred times of activity when placing a reservation: 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm.
3. After you confirm the order, customer service will send you a voucher by email. The voucher will list your name, number of participants, date of the tour and pick up information. Please be sure to bring the paper voucher to the tour. If you do not bring the paper voucher for personal reasons, you will not be able to join the group and no refund.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspension due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc. Please follow the instructions of the local operator in the case of such an event.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
5. KoolaniHoliday.com has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice.
6. Changes in product prices may occur. The difference will not be refunded.
7. This product is based on a real-name system and is not transferable to another person.
Cancellation policy:
1. To be fully refunded/non-billable, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 days prior to the activity date. Any cancellations made less than 5 days beforehand will be charged the full rate unless customer service provides a written policy stating otherwise.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or those late for pickup will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. If this product is involved with any inter-island air tickets, the ticket is not refundable once the customer service issues the tickets.
