Age policy:
1. Passengers under 1 year old may join the tour for free; please inform customer service regarding the participation of the passenger.
2. Passengers 2 years and older will be charged the adult fare.
3. Children must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
Attention:
1. The flight schedule is flexible. You can reconfirm your flight time using the contact information of the local supplier on the voucher after placing the order.
2. The local supplier will pick up participants from the Waikiki Beach Hotel. The hotel pickup time is generally one hour earlier than the departure time of the helicopter. Please make an appointment with the local supplier according to the contact information on the voucher to receive information regarding the pickup.
Booking notice:
1. A maximum of two adults can be booked in one order. If you have more than two adults who want to participate, please book separately.
2. This activity is wheelchair accessible.
3. All passengers must provide their accurate weight at the time of booking.
4. Participants who exceed 260 pounds (117.9 kg) incur an added 50% fee, and participants exceeding 300 pounds incur an added 100% fee of the original package
price.
5. The total weight of two passengers on board may not exceed 345 pounds.
6. Passports must be provided for those under the age of two; participants may not board the helicopter without the presentation of a passport.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspension due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc. Please follow the instructions of the local operator in the case of such an event.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
5. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice.
6. Changes in product prices may occur. The difference will not be refunded.
7. This product is based on a real-name system and is not transferable to another person.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 5 days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. All cancellations received within 4 days of the activity date will not be refunded.
3. A 5% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
4. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will still be charged.
