Restrictions:

1. Adult rates apply to guests 12 years old and older; Child rates apply to guests 3-11 years old; children under 2 years old can join for free, but must sit on their parents laps. 

2. Exception: for the five-star Supreme package, adult rates apply to anyone who is over 3 years old. 

3. Children under 18 must travel with at least one adult

1. Guests must arrive on time at the boarding location: Aloha Tower Marketplace, Pier 8, 1 Aloha Tower Drive, Honolulu, HI 96813.

2. For the self-driving guests, please park your car in Pier 5 or Pier 6 parking lot, walk to the ticket office next to the Star of Honolulu ship and present a voucher for boarding.

3. Guests should arrive at the ticket office for check-in procedures before 4:45 pm.

4. The reference itinerary will be adjusted subject to weather and other conditions. Please refer to the actual on-site itinerary. No refunds for no shows, latecomers or those that leave midway through the itinerary for any reason.

Cancellation Policy:

1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 7 days will be charged the full rate unless the customer service tells you different policy in a written way.

2. A 5% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.

3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.

4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.

5. If this product is involved with any inter-island air tickets, the ticket is not refundable once the customer service issues the tickets.

Booking notice:

1. The date selected at the time of booking is the assumed date of travel.

2. Friday cruises require $15 additional charge due to the additional fireworks display. 

3. Dress code is required to be casual business. No shorts, t-shirts, and slippers/flip-flops
