Activity Times:
The time is subject to reservation and final confirmation; visitors may note their preferred times when making reservation. The price provided by our company is limited to guests who reserve at least 5 working days in advance of the tour date.
Pricing Policies: All prices listed are only guaranteed for guests who book at least 5 business days in advance.
Boarding Information (subject to change):
Guests must find their own transportation to the departure point at 105 Kahului Heliport, Kahului, HI 96732.
Age Policy:
1. Guests aged 2 years or older must book a full-fare seat. Children under 24 months may join the tour for free. Please contact customer service when participate the activity with children under 24 months.
2. Children must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
3. If children under 24 months will be joining the tour, please inform customer service which adult(s) will hold them.
Attention:
1. Please be aware that the itinerary on the day of the tour may be affected or temporarily cancelled due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. In these cases, the itinerary will be appropriately adjusted. HTS will not be responsible for any losses caused by the situations.
2. Partial participation in the tour does not warrant a refund of the uncompleted parts of the tour.
3. Please be on time for the tour. Passengers must arrive and check-in 45 minutes prior to the activity time.
4. Long-sleeved clothing is recommended.
5. Before boarding the helicopter, all participants much watch a safety video.
6. For safety reasons, all seats will be assigned by the operating company. Passengers cannot choose their own seats.
7. Closed-toed shoes are best recommended for activities with a lending tour.
Booking Notice:
1. Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers; if you reserve a tour for more than 6 passengers, you will need to travel separately (the start time of the tour may also be different).
2. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
3. Guests who have heart disease, hypertension, and other medical conditions related to those listed should consult their doctor before booking the activity.
4. Please provide accurate weight information of each passenger at the time of booking. Incorrect information may result in a nonrefundable cancellation.
5. Participants who exceed 260 pounds (118 kg) incur an added 50% of the fee. Participants who exceed 300 pounds will be charged an additional 100% of the original package fee.
6. Passports or birth certificate must be provided for those under the age of 24 months; participants may not board the helicopter without the age identification. Each adult who purchases a full-fare ticket is allowed to bring one child younger than 24 months.
7. Please do not participate in SCUBA diving activities within 24 hours of departure.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. No refunds will be made for personal reasons for being late, not showing up, or leaving early.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspension due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc. Please follow the instructions of the local operator in the case of such an event.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may result if you choose to leave the tour early.
5. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice.
6. Changes in product prices may occur. The difference will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded, a notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to the activity date. We will notify you of any exceptions to this policy.
2. All cancellations received within 4 days of the activity date will not be refunded.
3. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservations paid by credit card.
4. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will still be charged.
5. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and new year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff's notice of cancellation policy.
