With various attractions to choose from, the whole family can enjoy a day at Oahu’s famous water park. For an epic adventure, take a dive down a 36 foot drop on the Shaka, or whirl down a 45 foot tunnel on the Tornado. While the adults sunbathe under the sun, children can have fun at the interactive children’s play areas. Take a relaxing break on the lazy river, or take the whole family with you in the wave pool.
Located in Kapolei, this family friendly water park has been recognized as the “Best Family Attraction” by Best of Honolulu Magazine. The water park is surrounded by Oahu’s tropical greenery and cliffs.

“Chill” attractions:
• Water World: Features 5 different children’s play areas featuring slides, water cannons, a lily pad walk, and more.
• Keiki Kove: Water playground for kids with an “erupting” volcano, water cannons, mini water slides, and mushroom water showers.
• Surf Sliders: Body slides for teens and children, and features 3 slide options.
• Kapolei Kooler: A relaxing 800 foot lazy river to float around in.
“Moderate” attractions:
• Waimea Whirl: The newest two person raft ride that whirls around a giant funnel.
• Hawaiian Waters Wave Pool: 400,000 gallon wave pool simulating the Hawaiian waves of Waikiki Beach. Choose to body board or relax on a tube.
• O-Hana Highway: Family friendly raft slide inspired by a white water rafting experience.
• Waianae Coasters: Ride down 3 slides different filled with twists, turns, and drops in a tube.
• Big Kahuna: 3 person tube slide featuring sharp twists and turns, and choose from 2 slides.
“Extreme” attractions:
• Tornado: As you plummet down from 50 feet into a 130 foot tornado, catch a glimpse of the beautiful view on this 4 person ultimate water slide.
• Volcano Express: Race your friends down a 4 story slide built along Kapolei’s natural cliffs.
• Shaka: Fly up and down for up to speeds of 31mph on a U-shaped water slide to experience the excitement of “zero gravity.”

Age Policy:
1. Guests 12 years and older should purchase at the adult rate; guests 3-11 years old should purchase at the child rate; and children 2 years and younger can enter for free.
2. The child must be accompanied by an adult under the same booking and cannot be booked separately.

1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. Park hours are varied. Please contact the customer services for the actual hours on the participation date.
Attention:
1. Guests are responsible for sunscreen, swimwear, beach towels, footwear, money (food, beverages, rental items) and photo ID (credit card purchases and liquor purchases).
2. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
3. Outside food is prohibited, with the exception of bottled water and baby food. (No glassware)
4. Bags checks performed at the entrance.
5. No flotation devices and toys, drugs and weapons are allowed.
6. Please be aware that the itinerary on the day of the tour may be affected or temporarily cancelled due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. In these cases, the itinerary will be appropriately adjusted. HTS will not be responsible for any losses caused by the situation.
7. This product is a real-name system and is not transferable. Please keep it in a safe place.

1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. Personal reasons for being late or not showing will incur full charges—no refunds.

4. We are not responsible for any personal safety and property safety that may result from your departure from the middle of the tour.
5. The scenic spots may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to those arrangements.
6. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice. Changes in product prices will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@KoolaniHoliday.com at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 4 days will be charged the full rate unless the customer service tells you different policy in a written way.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will be still be charged.

Note: To cancel or modify the order, please contact customer service, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm HST. (expect on Federal and Hawaii state holidays)
