Age Policy:
1. Adult rates apply to passengers 12 years old and older; child rates will apply to passengers between the ages of 4 and 11.
2. Children must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.
3. The minimum participation age is 4 years old.
Booking Notice:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. Guests must be in good cardiac and respiratory health; guests with asthma must bring their own medication.
3. Guests with limited mobility are not recommended to participate.
4. Please provide height, age, weight and gender when ordering. The project party will provide snorkeling clothes and flippers according to the guests' information.
5. Child must travel with one adult and cannot book separately.
Precautions:
1. Bringing towels, bags, and a change of clothes is recommended.
2. Most restaurants are closed at the time of return; it is recommended that guests dine before departure.
3. The ship will provide life jackets and snorkeling equipment for each passenger.
4. Guests who are less than 30 pounds must have their own life jacket in order to participate in the activity.
5. The project company generally recommends children aged 8 or above to participate in this tour, younger participants above 4 years old are still welcome. For families with children, please always pay attention to the movements of your children. In addition, strollers are not allowed on board.
6. Younger children are more likely to be seasick. Vessels will not return due to seasickness of passengers, so please take measures for seasickness.
7. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times.
8. Children under 10 must be under direct adult supervision at all times while on the boat and in the water.
9. Please join us in helping protect our reefs and marine life by using only REEF-SAFE sunscreens. Effective as of Jan. 1, 2021 this mandatory for the State of Hawaii.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. Personal reasons for being late or not showing will incur full charges—no refunds.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspended due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc., please refer to the actual arrangements.
4. We are not responsible for any personal safety and property safety that may result from your departure from the middle of the tour.
5. The itinerary may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to the actual arrangements.
6. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice. Changes in product prices will not be refunded.
7. Please be aware that the itinerary on the day of the tour may be affected or temporarily cancelled due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. In these cases, the itinerary will be appropriately adjusted or rescheduled. HTS will not be responsible for any losses caused by the situations.
8. HTS does not guarantee Mantas or Dolphins could be seen on the tour day. Although they are spotted most of the time, they are wild animals and their appearance is beyond our control. No refunds will be given in the case.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 4 days will be charged the full rate unless the customer service provides you written notice of a different policy.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. The ticket is nonrefundable once the tickets are issued by customer service.
