Age Policy:
1. Guests 12 years and older should purchase at the adult rate; guests 3-11 years old should purchase at the child rate; and children 2 years and younger can enter for free.
2. The child must be accompanied by an adult under the same booking and cannot be booked separately.
Booking note:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. Park hours are varied. Please contact the customer services for the actual hours on the participation date.
Attention:
1. Guests are responsible for sunscreen, swimwear, beach towels, footwear, money (food, beverages, rental items) and photo ID (credit card purchases and liquor purchases).
2. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
3. Outside food is prohibited, with the exception of bottled water and baby food. (No glassware)
4. Bags checks performed at the entrance.
5. No flotation devices and toys, drugs and weapons are allowed.
6. Please be aware that the itinerary on the day of the tour may be affected or temporarily cancelled due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. In these cases, the itinerary will be appropriately adjusted.HTS will not be responsible for any losses caused by the situation.
7. This product is a real-name system and is not transferable. Please keep it in a safe place.
Disclaimer:
1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. Personal reasons for being late or not showing will incur full charges—no refunds.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change or suspended due to weather, strikes, festivals, safety, etc., please refer to the actual arrangements.
4. We are not responsible for any personal safety and property safety that may result from your departure from the middle of the tour.
5. The scenic spots may be subject to close due to weather, festivals or other human reasons, please refer to those arrangements.
6. HTS has the right to make strategic adjustments to the prices of products and services within a reasonable range without notice. Changes in product prices will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 4 days will be charged the full rate unless the customer service tells you different policy in a written way.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. If you do not show up at the agreed time and place, your order will be automatically deemed abandoned and the full payment will be still be charged.
