Tour Description:
The Heart of the Missouri tour showcases the power behind the Mighty Mo, known to many as one of the greatest Battleships of all time. As our most requested guided tour, you will see the mechanics behind this Iowa-class battleship which was designed for speed and firepower.
What exactly does it take to move a ship three football fields long at a speed of nearly 40 MPH? How does one 16-inch gun fire a 2,700-pound projectile to an incredible 23 miles with pinpoint accuracy? Not only will this tour answer some of your most frequently asked questions about one of history’s most dominant warships, but you’ll get hands on training with lessons on lighting off one of the eight three-story Babcock and Wilcox boilers. Grab onto the throttles releasing the steam which drives the ship’s massive propellers. Venture down Broadway, the longest and widest passage on the ship and meet (via video) the ship’s last Chief Engineer who will explain the work of the “snipes,” the men who worked below the water line in the heart of the Missouri. And if you’re up for it, test your firing skills in the aft plotting room, where you will enter data into the Missouri’s giant analog computers and pull the trigger that fires the big guns!
For your safety, please note that this is a physically strenuous tour and is not recommended for those with mobility constraints. You must be able to climb ten sets of “ladders,” (Navy-talk for steep, narrow stairs), step over a dozen two-foot high obstacles and navigate through tight doorways and low overheads. Closed- toe shoes are mandatory, and tour is limited to guests ages 10 and above. This intimate tour has a capacity of ten visitors at a time and runs approximately 75 minutes.
Tour Information:
- Each tour is limited to 10 people.
- Children must be at least 10 years old for this tour.
- Closed toe shoes are highly recommended.
- WITH PRE-PURCHASED TICKET printed or on mobile device: Enter the Pearl Harbor National Memorial (USS Arizona Memorial) and proceed to board the motor coach shuttle, located in front of the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum, for transfer over Ford Island Bridge to the Missouri Pier. Present ticket at scanner on the Missouri Pier.
- Battleship Missouri Memorial Hours: Daily 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Battleships Store Hours: Daily 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
- Security measures are in place at all Pearl Harbor attractions. Please advise your visitors not to bring bags of any size to the USS Missouri. Small cameras/camcorders, wallets, cell phones, water bottles, and medications are permissible.
Participating age:
Adults (Age: 13 years old and above) / Children (Age: 10-12 years old), due to safety considerations, children under 10 years of age are prohibited from participating in this tour. This product is ordered from 2 person. Groups are intimate and limited to 10 guests per time slot.
Tickets for the core tour of the battleship include: shuttle bus within the Pearl Harbor Scenic Area, a bottle of water, and a 90-minute tour guide in Missouri.

Age Policy:
1. 13 years old and above, please book at the adult rate, 4-12 years old, please buy at the child rate; children under 3 years old can join the tour for free.
2. Children must travel with at least one adult and cannot be booked separately.

Attention:
1. The park prohibits tourists from carrying all kinds of handbags. Please store items in the storage area. The storage items are subject to additional charges. Please pay directly to the staff. The storage area is located next to the entrance of the visitor center.
2. The number of tour guides and the number of audio are limited, first come first served, please refer to the actual situation.
3. Since there are multiple packages for this product, please show a voucher after arriving at the welcome counter, and start your game after confirming your package and itinerary with the tour guide reception.
4. If you encounter problems during the tour, please relay that to the staff on site in time. There are also tour guide receptionists on site, which can better solve the problem for you.
Cancellation Policy:
1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at info@koolaniholiday.com at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 7 days will be charged the full rate unless the customer service tells you different policy in a written way.
2. No refund will be given for orders cancelled within 6 days before the travel date.
3. If paying by credit card, we will charge 5% service fee for refund.
4. Once ticket is issued, 100% loss.
5. Individual circumstances should be based on what the staff said.
6.If you do not participate in the trip at the agreed time and place, it is deemed to be automatically abandoned and full payment will be charged.

1. Reservation confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the booking after you place the order. If your selected date is sold out, you are allowed to change the travel date for free or choose a full refund.
2. Travel notice: For personal reasons, late arrival or failure to participate in the itinerary, the company will not be responsible and will not refund.

Preferential Policies:
The preferential price provided by our company is limited to guests who are 5 working days in advance.
