Umauma Falls 9 Line Zip N Dip:
Selected as the most popular tourist attraction in Hawaii for seven consecutive years, this exhilarating experience offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful scenery over Mauna Kea from 9 ziplines. Spend an adrenaline-filled day zipping up to 65 miles per hour over 14 waterfalls, suspension bridges, and treetops. While crossing line #2, the 100-foot Umauma waterfall will come into sight as guests look toward the top of Mauna Kea. Continuing along this line, guests will visit a shelter that overlooks the mighty Umauma river — lucky guests may even be able to see the native Hawaiian hawk flying around the treetops. At line #4, guests will zip over 2,000 feet of river water and many waterfalls; guests will also cross a 200-foot suspension bridge that will take them over a water filled lava tube and fern grotto.
Double up on the fun with an hour-long play in the falls – swimming, kayaking, and relaxing in the private spot of the Umauma River. The afternoon includes a catered lunch at the private pavilion next to the falls. The Umauma Falls Zipline Tour has 9 long ziplines, more than 14 waterfalls, suspension bridges, and beautiful ocean views. This tour is suitable for families with children aged four years and above! Zipline experience is not required, as experienced coaches will accompany visitors throughout their journey. Each zipline has a deceleration device to help participants slow down and reach the end safely; participants just need to relax and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. After finish the 9 long ziplines, guests could join the Kayak tours with their family.
Lunch is included, choose your Deli Style Sandwich and drink, all options come with a small bag of chips and a chocolate macadamia nut candy. Sandwich option: Turkey, Ham or Veggie. Drink: water or juice.

Age policy:
1. Adult rates apply to passengers 11 years old and older; child rates apply to passengers between the ages of 4 to 10.
2. The minimum participation age is 4 years, and must weigh at least 35 pounds.
3. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking notice:
1. The date you choose will be automatically considered as your tour participation date.
2. This package is not recommended for guests who have recently incurred a spinal cord injury, experienced back pain, or have had surgery performed on such areas.
3. All participants must wear protective equipment. The protective belts will be tied to your waist, thighs and shoulders. If you have recently incurred injuries or undergone surgery to these areas, we recommend that you do not participate in this activity.

Requirements & Restrictions :
- Check-in 45 minutes prior to your tour time.
- Duration: Our Zipline tours generally last somewhere between 1.5 – 3 hours. The tour length varies for each tour. Instruction and travel time can add some additional time for each tour.
- No experience necessary
- Ages 4 yrs. and up. Weight: 35 lbs. min – 275 lbs. max
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tours run rain or shine. Rain-wear will be provided in the event of wet weather.
- Closed-toe footwear, such as sneakers of hiking boots are required. Be sure to tie back long hair. Glasses should be secured with a strap. Make sure you remove any sharp objects from your pockets.
- Moderate – advanced physical activity – must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs and walk for short distances.
- Pregnant women and those with serious medical conditions as well as persons with prior back and neck injuries are not permitted to participate.
Refund policy:
1. To be fully refunded/unbillable, a notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 7 days will be charged the full rate unless the customer service provides you written notice of a different policy.
2. A 8% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.
3. No-shows or late for pick up will incur full charges—no refunds.
4. Some special dates (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) may have different cancellation policies. Please follow our staff’s notice of cancellation policy.
5. The ticket is nonrefundable once the tickets are issued by customer service.
